Who We Help

We believe that every individual deserves sight and it is our goal to make that a reality. In doing so, we believe that we are instilling not only new sight but also a new purpose in life. The Lewis Vision Improvement Foundation is committed to providing financial assistance in the form of a grant to qualified low vision persons so they may purchase innovative (‘hi-tech’) vision improvement products including eyewear and computer programs that will assist them in living normal lives.

If you are a low vision student who is currently enrolled in an educational institution or vocational training program or who wishes to enroll in an educational or vocational training program OR you are a low vision employee who is in the work force or who wishes to enter the work force we can help.

If you are a low vision person who’s standard of health, comfort and happiness can be improved by innovative (‘hi-tech’) vision improvement products including eyewear and computer programs we can help you as well.
